Egress version 4.0.1 is released

Version 4.0.1 of Egress has been released for both PocketPCs and SmartPhones. This version contains the following changes:
* Fixed inability to exit the view image dialog
* Fixed image display with zoom levels greater than 100 percent
* Corrected image filter which was causing some images not to appear
* Added to option to display total item counts
* Added option to set number of lines to scroll with up/down dpad
* Double-tap on image (within viewer) will change zoom level

Version 4.0.0 of Egress is released.
