Egress version 2.3.0 is released

A new version of Egress was released yesterday with the following features/corrections:

* Added NewsGator synchronized channels
* Added Manage Caching dialog
* Added optional display of channel icons within channel selection menu
* Added 'Email item link' to item tap-and-hold menu
* Added 'Email image' to image tap-and-hold menu
* Improved stability of caching threads
* Fixed possible crash if cached web content too large
* Corrected handling of HTTP 1.1 redirects
* Fixed bug where atom elements inside an rss file were confusing Egress
* Removed extraneous Advanced button from new folder dialog
