Egress version 2.2.0 is released

A new version of Egress was released yesterday which adds the following:

* Added program help (#1 most requested item!)
* Added the ability to specify enclosure retention separate from item retention
* Added Manage Enclosures dialog
* Added ability to create playlists of enclosures
* Fixed text overwrite in some long item summaries
* Fixed bug in RSS parsing which could cause item duplication
* Bloglines synchronized channels now have option whether to have retrieved items marked as read. (See Channel/Advanced within Manage Channels)
* Fixed bug in date parsing logic which would cause items to be assumed to be published on the date the item was retrieved
* Fixed French output translation character map
* Fixed bug where Channel's Cache and Enclosure options would sometimes fail to be retained
* Fixed incompatibility with icBar. Create new folder dialog from Manage Channels could not be closed
* Sleep mode disabled during Retrieve All Channels
* Expanded friendly dates to include n days ago (up to 30 days)
