Egress version 2.1.1 is released

A new version of Egress was released today that adds the following fixes/improvements:

* Added the ability to import synchronized channels from Bloglines via import OPML. Use import/Bloglines OPML... via Manage Channels dialog rather than imported an exported OPML from Bloglines. An exported Bloglines OPML references the source RSS sites directly rather than Bloglines servers
* New channel wizard can now properly handle OPML files which have references to other OPML files
* Corrected bug where Today plugin would sometimes fail to update settings
* Fix over-sized enclosure icon
* Fixed bug in image caching logic which would sometimes cause images within feeds to not be cached
* Item persistant storage now deleted when channel is deleted

Egress version 2.1.0 is released

A new version of Egress was released on Sunday (sorry for the late notice) that adds the following fixes/improvements:

* Added support for hires screens
* Added support for Bloglines synchronized channels
* Integrated web browser now available for cached web content (Removes connection dialog prompt when viewing cached content)
* If Auto Connect is not set and user requests caching of web content or enclosure, request will be added to caching queue. When connection is established, either updating channels or manually restarting queue will cause content to be cached
* Fixed bug in channel parsing which would sometimes result in item duplication
* Fixed layout bug which would sometimes cutoff last line of an item
* New channel wizard nows support tap-and-hold pasting of URLs
* If view images using internal viewer selected, tapping on image will display image using internal viewer and tap-and-hold menu will offer option to launch image using external viewer. If option turned off, then tap will launch using external viewer and tap-and-hold will offer menu item to use internal viewer
* Fixed bug where next/prev channel would advance to a folder rather than a channel when Advance to next channel with unread items was selected
* Image within item text will not cause line advance if image smaller than height of current text
* Fixed bug in channel advanced properties where username/password for channel would be ignored
* Implemented Microsoft work-around for spurious vertical scrollbars on dialogs when in landscape orientation
