Egress version 2.0.3 is released
A new version of Egress (2.0.3) was released today which fixes the following issues:
Fixed 'Clip Item' menu item which was not working
Fixed handling of non-welformed <content:encoded>sections
Fixed bug where opening item's link would go to the wrong link when channel was sorted using other that date
Fixed bug where enclosure would not launch with some applications
Improved network connectivity
Added support for secure connections (https://)
Now supports proxy authentication (basic authentication only)
New Proxy tab within Options dialog to set proxy user/password and override Connection Manager to set specific proxy
Corrected bug where read flags were not saved if exited Egress immediately after performing a Set Items Read in All Channels
New option in Manage Channel which supports user/password for authenticated channels (basic authentication only)
Proxy and channel passwords are stored in encrypted form
When adding channel if channel cannot be retrieved, the error message now includes a description of the error encountered
Fixed bug where Egress was unable to cache an enclosure with a URL which contained query parameters
