Egress version 3.2.0 is released

A new version of Egress was released with the following new features and fixes:

* Added version for Windows SmartPhones (no touch-screen)
* It is no longer necessary to keep Egress running in the background for the channels to update.
* Added support for HTML optimizers (Skweezer and Google Mobile)
* Automatic update options have been redone to make them easier to use.
* Improved layout of menu on Windows Mobile 5 devices
* Corrected Manage Podcasts dialog which would appear empty
* Corrected bug in Today plugin which could cause endless loop
* Fixed parsing of some ATOM 1.0 feeds which would cause entry dates to be missing
* Corrected rendering of feed icons
* Corrected behavior of Sort dialog
* Changed application icon
