Egress version 3.0.1 is released

A new version of Egress was released with the following new features and fixes:

* Fixed broken expand and mark read timers
* Don't store images within items now functions properly
* Channel updates will now function while cradled with auto-connect disabled and no open Internet connection (other than ActiveSync passthrough)
* Fixed broken green progress bar while downloading podcasts
* Modified file naming for podcasts to handle name collision on certain feeds
* Fixed launching of image enclosures
* Added forward and back buttons to embedded web browser
* DPad now functions normally within main menu
* DPad up and down no longer seek to first and last item respectively and will once again scroll while being held
* Corrected item display where last line would be missing
